In fact they do not take any appointments for quick service. This is a problem you need to get in sync and allow internet generated appointments. Service is about getting things done in a timely fashion,. I have to schedule my time and it is just as important as yours. Disappointed in the pricing of filters, tire balancing and a $800 quote to change plugs and wires is ridicules. It is not my poor design or selection of substandard OEM plugs. I should not have to pay for Fords miscues. I will stick with your service, even pay a little more, but it needs to be priced competitively. More

We wanted a fully loaded 2017 Ford Edge Sport and we wanted it in Ruby Red. This combination was not easy to find, but Mr Freeman was diligent and tenacious and kept us posted about progress in finding this car.... he finally found what we wants.
