Dealership with integrity and honesty I bought a certified Ford from O.C. and I couldn't be happier. I never felt pressured and he even helped me compare vehicles by using the carfax repor I bought a certified Ford from O.C. and I couldn't be happier. I never felt pressured and he even helped me compare vehicles by using the carfax reports for each vehicle. Their finance man helped me get the best warranty and was extremely knowledgeable. I also take my car to their service department for everything my car needs. The service is great in and out in about an hour and all of the staff are kind and friendly. If you're looking for a Ford or Lincoln I highly recommend to go see OC! No pressure salesman Just came by to look at F250's around dinner time and was greeted by a nice guy (Sam) that was relaxed and helpful. Totally surprised me bc I am gun shy of pushy salesman. Ended up buying a certified preowned 2016 with only 2,200 miles. Got a great deal below blue book. There was a little vibration when we drove it and they are figuring out and getting me taken care of. Matt Welch took a ride with me and confirmed the vibration and are going to remedy the issue under warranty and was turned over to Bernard in service. More

Quick Lane Service Nancy was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The service department said it would be 4 hours to repair my flat tire and oil change, Nancy offered Nancy was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The service department said it would be 4 hours to repair my flat tire and oil change, Nancy offered us a loaner car over night so we were able to leave our car. This offer of a loaner was not offered by the service department. Upon getting ready to leave after service I checked to make sure spare tire was restrained properly only to find that it was missing. The service tech failed to replace the spare in the car. Had I not checked I would have driven back to Beaufort without a spare tire. Nancy was very instrumental in remedying the situation. The service department also failed to replace the oil sticker on the windshield. More

Everyone was so friendly and all with smiling faces. Scott Henthorn, who was the person who sold me the vehicle that I was actually interested in and fit to all my needs, was absolutely a huge help. Very helpful, caring, and very patient. My situation wasn't the most ideal, but he made it happen. If there's a will, he will make a way. I have my fifth child on the way and I needed a third seater row. He introduced me into a 2012 ford explorer and I fell in love with it. After having the vehicle, I'm so happy that I got a chance for us to work together. I absolutely 100% recommend this place and this sales person to any and everyone. Thank you OC Welch More
