My hubby had done his research on what kind of car would fit us for this current stage of life. He also knew what price he was willing to pay. We did have an opportunity to test drive the CRV so we were familiar with the car. We just wanted someone who was willing to work with us on a price. O'Donnell has the Express Service where it was so easy to pick the color and model we wanted. Shayne Wilson was our salesman over email. He was able to work with us on the price and made the process so easy. NO PRESSURE! That was the best part. He didn't ask us what our professions were to find out if we could afford the car. (That happened at the other dealership and they weren't able to meet our price.) We did buy our Honda Pilot from O'Donnell in 2008. We went to the other dealership because they supposedly work with Costco auto program. We learned our lesson. We will stick with O'Donnell Honda from now on! More

When I went in for a test drive, the salesman let me take my time going through the model on the showroom floor. When I did a road test, he gave me the option to take it out by myself. Once I decided to make a purchase, he made sure to find the exact model in the color I wanted, which took several extra days. We negotiated the price over the phone. When I went in to close the deal, he estimated it would take about two hours and he was absolutely correct. I felt respected by everyone at the dealership, from the people answering the phone, to the management, and the finance office. And I LOVE my new Pilot. :) More

I didn't need to negotiate because he gave me a great deal - negotiation was a huge stress I was prepared to deal with, but thankfully didn't have to! He was also friendly and courteous, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all dealing with him, as I have before with salesmen. I also expected to have a very long day at the dealership, but Stan made the process go by quickly, and in a few hours I was out the door with my brand new car!
