Not good from time I left my car until I picked it up. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Service manager was rude from the beginning of this experience to when I finally picked my car up. I I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have purchased 2 cars from the previous dealer that owned this Buick dealership but would not ever come this one again. Communication was short and rude. Awesome O‘meara Team!! Jack and AJ are absolutely great! I had an oil leak and check engine light on and asked for a Saturday appointment due my commute to work. Jack said Jack and AJ are absolutely great! I had an oil leak and check engine light on and asked for a Saturday appointment due my commute to work. Jack said he wanted my truck in sooner than that and seeing as how all the loaner vehicles were out he got me a rental for the very next day! He kept me updated throughout the day and I got my truck back at 5 o’clock just as he promised. Jack and AJ both are what every other dealership wish they had! They are absolutely the best customer service anybody could ever ask for and set bar for every other service department by far!! Thank you guys!!
