Yo-Yo Scam and Bait and Switch fraud I don't know how VW allows them to represent their brand. They did not disclose the "add-on's" as part of the sale, but worse, they advertised a much I don't know how VW allows them to represent their brand. Then sell you on the purchase price which is much different. Secondly the dealer financing "pre-approval" is a joke. they approve anyone over the phone and tell you to come in. Then they finance a deal, make you sign an agreement to pay $75 a day and $.75 a mile for use of the car then yank the financing. They will restructure the financing and charge more for the car while making it look like it's no big deal. Hey, your monthly payment is the same right? Too bad if you look at the deal the total of the money you owe is thousands higher meaning it is harder to pay off the principal of the loan. Total Stealership. More

Misleading and rude As part of the "great deal" They claimed they would give me accessories "at cost" including 're-chipping the car for higher performance". Great deal!! What they didn't bother to mention was that they have no capability to do such a thing so I'd have to go to EMICH. Which, I did at their direction when I returned. This cost ME $2000. Emich wrote an invoice stating the COST was $1000. So when I returned to osmeara to collect the markup, they told me they were not going to pay it because it would have cost them $2000.Completely misleading. Might was well said "and we'll throw in a big gulp from 7-11 AT COST!, then charged you full price for the big gulp and the travel charge. Extremely dissatisfied with their dishonest representation the facts. They manipulated the deal with misleading language and refused in anyway to acknowledge or rectify the situation. Go to emich. They have a far better selection and will let you drive a Golf R. These guys don't sell enough cars to do let customers do that because they are awful More
