My Review of OC Nissan Irvine:
I recently went to OC Nissan and have never been treated with such disrespect. I was without a car and they offered to pick me up since I was local. I was completely upfront with them about my credit and my down payment and just wanted to know how much car I could purchase. They insisted to try and put me in a car that I didn't want and when I wouldn't sign the papers the sales manager told me to take a cab home. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware go anywhere but here.

My Review of OC Nissan Irvine:
This is only concerning the service dept. They create problems when while trying to fix a minor problem. They grossly over charge as in 2x the estimate for an oil change and routine service. It appears to me the entire department has been trained in confrontational negotiation techniques for when the customer gets upset after they pull their over charge or the vehicle sabotage techniques. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

My Review of OC Nissan Irvine:
They lied to us when we bought the car which they had customized themselves. Then a year later we took it back because we got pulled over and ticketed for illegal parts. It turns out that they are sure that they warned us about the illegal parts and they are responisible in no way if the car got me in trouble. They sold me a car that was illegal and told me it was my fault and told me to screw myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My Review of OC Nissan Irvine:
Buyer beware - the sales team will not hesitate to lie. Was told the extended warranty I purchased could be refunded in full at any time. Have spent over 30 hours on the phone trying to track down someone who can help process the refund. Have been hung up on and misrouted repeatedly. Have sent documentation to p.o. boxes with no response. Finally got a straight answer today and they're telling me that I only get $65 back - not the full amount despite being told this by multiple people at Irvine Nissan when purchasing my vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

My Review of OC Nissan Irvine:
This dealer is now called Power Nissan.

last Sunday while having breakfast we saw an ad in the paper for the Xterra we wanted for $17000, which is about $4000 below invoice (including the Nissan $2400 discount). We decided to go and see.
We were greeted by a young salesman who also didn't speak very good English. We tried the truck and decided to take it.

The showroom looks more like a vacation timeshare sales office than a car dealership.
The Sales manager came to give us the price, complaining that he was loosing money on that sale (?). We wanted to take the 1% offer instead of the $2400 discount but they refused and came back with a 9.4% financing and he left in his office.

We were a bit shocked but we knew we could get a better financing the next day, so we are still interrested. So all we needed to do was to see the Financing manager. So we waited...

And waited...

after 2 1/2 hours!! I told the salesman that he had 5 minutes or we were leaving. As we are walking out the door, he comes and tells us that they will see us. As we get to the Finance guy's office, another couple is walking in and they tell us that we need to wait.
We were furious. I told the manager that we would not buy the vehicule. He told us "Well, you're the ones that are loosing".

So I came home, and request quotes from Edmunds.com and we bought it a Tustin Nissan. It was a great experience. but it's another posting...
