Tustin Hyundai does a great job honoring their warranty. I haven’t had too many issues with my Hyundai, but the service is great and they will even call you a Lyft if they need to take your car. This is the most incredible, phenomenal excellent and outstanding dealership I have ever experienced. I leased the ionic 6 sedan from the Irvine Center, Hyundai Robert, the manager was excellent. However, when I brought my wife’s car to have a service there the service rep was horrific his attitude dismal. I have bought 8 Hyundai’s and I’ve never experienced someone like this. It was a blessing in disguise. We’ve never been to the Tustin Auto center Hyundai I was shocked at how incredible the service was and how attentive everyone was from the person that took my information from the car and took it to be serviced in the back to AJ who wrote up the service I was so amazed at these people that I changed my mind. I was so disgusted with the Rep. . I wish I had his name and Irvine auto Hyundai. Oh yeah, ,Tuttle Click Hyundai in Irvine auto center that we were planning to trade in my wife’s car and where I purchased my ionic six, sometime in the summer we planned to trade in my wife’s car her ELANTRA we went to Hyundai Tustin auto first experience to have het car serviced was some issue that needed to be addressed they took care of it beautifully. The same day could not believe it, but what blew me away and impressed me was the true care and concern and the attentiveness that was so amazing by this that I convince my wife let’s trade in your car now let’s give the sale to this dealership and to these people, AJ recommended Ivan the sales rep who was awesome and we made the deal ionic 6 that I brought in for service. It was a recall Tustin auto Hyundai took care of that. I waited, and they also did thorough inspection. They took care of everything could not believe the updates that AJ was sending me unbelievable, customer care service. They even sent a video of the mechanic with my car and him showing explaining that everything was done in the inspection went well. Everything was good and they took care of the recall issue, I will only go to this dealership for leasing or purchasing cars. I have had eight Hyundai‘s since 2008. I will never go anywhere else. I will recommend them to all my friends and coworkers this dealership separates themselves from all others in hindsight, I must thank the customer service rep at ,Tuttle Click Hyundai for being so pathetic which led us to this phenomenal most beautiful and greatest customer care service dealership, and sales experience I’ve ever had since I’ve been driving as an 18-year-old since f5 stars is the highest I can give without question 5 stars I wish I could give it 10 More
