I loved working with Mike Skyhorse! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions. He never made up answers if he didn't know, but went to the right source to do further investigation. I even asked him a question via email on a Sunday night and he answered me within minutes. I found him to be genuinely friendly without the "slimy" salesman edge. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new car.

My Review of OC Tustin Hyundai:
As a first time car buyer I was pleasantly surprised by my very positive experience with Tustin Hyundai. Kevin Rullan was very helpful, considerate, and fun to work with. There was no lame sales pitch or belittling like I found at another Hyundai dealership in Anaheim. Kevin was a class act, extremely knowledgeable, and seemed to be genuinely interested in what I found important in a new car. My family and I enjoyed our time with Kevin and he really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. After negotiating a pretty fair price for a car that was not on the lot, Kevin had the exact car I wanted delivered to the dealership the very next morning and detailed to perfection. I could not be happier with my experience with Kevin and will refer all my friends to Kevin Rullan at Tustin Hyundai.

My Review of OC Tustin Hyundai:
Had started correspondence with Frank by e-mail and phone the day before I went in to buy a car. I had been shopping around with local dealerships with little luck in terms of customer service and inventory (both seemed to suck in the Inland Empire).

He laid out everything, worked with my financing info to find the best options and rates for me (checked several lenders), and proposed a good price that was well below the Edmunds suggested price range for a 2012 Accent. He had the opportunity to upsell me to a larger model vehicle that I showed some interest in, but (luckily) he suggested that the Accent was more than enough for my uses, keeping me from throwing another $2k at a car. One thing that should be noted here is that Frank not only gave me a good price, but he drove 45 minutes to pick me up and bring me to the dealership.

I'm not sure about other people and departments at the dealership. It seems that some people have had bad experiences with other employees there, but I'll vouch for the simplicity and ease of the whole process that Frank facilitated. The only thing that took time for me at the store was test driving and deciding on which color I wanted. The paperwork and allThe other internet sales associate, Kevin, seemed like a decent guy, too.

What can I say...Great price, excellent service and an extremely positive experience. If fact, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I even had the owner of the dealership offer me a water as I waited.

Kevin made my car buying experience as easy and smooth as possible. He completely understood what I was looking for, he was knowledgeable about the car, and he was extremely patient and kind. He was not at all pushy which is a quality I cannot stand from other car salesmen. I'm so happy with my new Hyundai Sonata and I can't wait to come back in a few years and hopefully upgrade! There is no doubt that I will refer Kevin and this dealership. Thank you!

I was referred to this dealership by their sister Mazda dealership (another great place with great people). Kevin was incredibly helpful and worked hard to find us the perfect car. We kept in contact for two weeks and he helped us get the car we wanted, in a color we wanted, even with an affordable upgrade we weren't expecting! Every member of the team from the receptionist to the financing person was very helpful, incredibly nice, and really worked with my wife and me to make our new car possible. I HIGHLY recommend Kevin Rullan and OC Tustin Hyundai.

Jim Feinstein is hands down the best salesman to work with. Not pushy or creepy! He listened to what we wanted, was able to get the car and color we wanted in 1 day. We tried about 5 other dealerships before finally landing at Tustin Hyundai and this was by far the best experience.

Thank you Jim , Dong, and Finance Lady for the best car buying experience! I highly recommend them even to people i don't like!

Kevin was made my overall car buying experience very positive. He was very clear, patient and accomadating. He even made sure my baby was taken care of. He had no problems staying late to finish my deal. He was very helpful in transerfering my personal items from my old car to my new car. I would definitely recommend him to someone interested in a Hyundai. The sales managers were very nice as well, not something you usually find in a dealership. Overall, everyone was very kind, accomadating and helpful. Thanks Kevin!

I went into the dealership, looking for a Genesis Coupe. I was very fortunate that Kevin worked with me. He was extremely understanding of what i was looking for and worked incredibly well with me. I felt completely at ease, under no pressure at all to buy the car. We spoke on a more personal level and that enabled be to connect with him. He let me test drive the car, and was very helpful in showing me all the perks of the car. Kevin made me feel comfortable, and i know i made a smart choice in choosing Tustin Hyundai.
