Me and my wife bought a suv 2 month ago at this dealer and ended up losing our Disable veterans tag priviliges because of the financing department make the huge mistake of not been able to register our ve and ended up losing our Disable veterans tag priviliges because of the financing department make the huge mistake of not been able to register our vehicle on both of our names ,they are incompetent totally, ended up giving a regular tag none of the personal they have was able to fix their error. Therfore my suggestion dont buy anything from this dealer unless you are willing to lose something. The worst place to buy a vehicle. More

PLEASE TAKE CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING WITH THESE PEOPLE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BUY WITH THEM MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW WHAT YOUR SIGNING AND YOU Don't LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING (Everything they promise)IN WRITING they will not honor their word, SERVICE DEPARMENT NEVER PICKS UP, SALES PEOPLE WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER THE CAR IS SOLD, WHEN YOU CALL NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GO IN PERSON TO RESOLV ANYTHING AND IF YOU LIVE FAR, GOOD LUCK. THEY Don't DO ANYTHING TO THE CAR, WILL ONLY FIX IF YOU GET WARRANTY, AND IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF HELP LIKE I STATED BEFORE, FOR WARRANTY YOU HAVE TO BE READY TO GO IN PERSON. "I stated to the sales rep I wanted the warranty I decided to go with the minimal warranty while negotiating I asked for a price drop on the vehicle of 1000 he said ok, I was never told my credit was being pulled, they just proceeded to pull it when I go to the finance manager he states there's not warranty and I told him I needed some type of warranty I stated I wanted the basic warranty 3 months 3000 miles, he proceeded to show me the warranty on the screen clicked on the check box and turned the screen. I stated I'm not taking the car with out warranty, as I saw him click on it, I proceeded to sign under the impression I had warranty, well when I go in to claim a warranty issue they state there was non on the contract. If I knew there was no warranty I would have not signed the loan they miss lead me to sign under the impression I had warranty, I worked for dealership, I would not buy a car with out WARRANTY. When I asked him to pull the cameras because finance has to record the finance manager that was "helping" declined and said I am not checking the cameras, it not here on the contract. More
