My Review of ORR BMW of Shreveport:
I have only encountered your dealership twice so perhaps over time my opinion will change with more pleasant experiences. However, at this time I would have to say "No", I couldn't recommend your dealership. My two initial experiences were not of the professional quality I come to expect. I don't really care to go into details, I am confident they were isolated and have no reason to believe it'll continue. I'll be sure to keep you updated.

My Review of ORR BMW of Shreveport:
Drove through Shreveport on a trip and needed to get a "red light warning" taken care of on my 745Li. They said if I had bought my car there they would take care of it immediately, but I'd have to get an appointment and the earliest was 3 days away. Needless to say I think that stinks!! I guess they never leave Shreveport in their BMWs. Very un-professional attitude.
