They had a Frontier priced at $16,999, so they gave me $2000 for my trade, making it basically $15000, plus tax to trade. When they told me they had a $790 fee for paper work, i decided not to trade, told $2000 for my trade, making it basically $15000, plus tax to trade. When they told me they had a $790 fee for paper work, i decided not to trade, told salesman they paid someone an hour wage to do that. So he said i have to show that on paper ,so i will show the difference at $14,210,and the $790 will make total $15,000 plus tax. I went to finance office, manager keep pushing a Gap protection for $1600, and an extended warranty for $3000. I told him ,No thanks, i don;t want add ons, so he finished paper work, gave it to me to sign, it totaled over $18,000 dollars, taxes were $1163 dollars, so think about it $15000 plus $1163 should be $16,163. So i went over contract, there was $$1600 for Gap protection ,which i told him i didn't want, so he had to redo contract and take it off. The new contract came up to over $17000, ask why, it showed $75 to tag ,and title truck. To me that should have been $16,238, but the total had some extra fees that he tried to explain, which after 4 hours i wasn't interested in no more talking, finally they offered to put new brakes and 4 new tires on to make the deal. Let me advise you, don't initial or sign anything until they give you everything in writing ,I never saw the actual contract until after I had signed at least 10 forms, and put my initials on a dozen forms. They add little items that total into the thousands if you don't keep tab on what they tell you. What happened to i want X amount of dollars to trade plus tax, make an agreement ,sign the paper, print contract and be done in 15 minutes, I was in finance office over an hour after spending an hour in the salesman office. Also they had a extra $250 extra on their website for your trade, i had filled it out the night before,I ask about it the day of the trade, they had give me a $2000 trad in allowance not knowing about the $250 extra , when i ask sales manager about it, he said that was added on, that my trade was only $1750 and he added the $250 to make my trade $2000. Only problem with that was i had used a different name and email to unlock the $250 the night before, and only after he drove my truck , and said $2000 , I went on my phone at dealership and unlocked the $250 on my actual name and the correct email. So they lie cheat and steal, I don't know how the manager and sales staff and finance manager sleep at night with all the lies they tell. More

Came to Nissan today to talk to finance department for my girlfriend after hitting a deer resulting in a total loss of her brand new car. I hit a deer 2 days ago in my new Nissan I bought from oak ridge Nissan. I returned today to talk to the finance department about my gap insurance not expecting AT ALL to get a new vehicle. I explained to Kevin Gibbons my situation and I went inside to find finance. Then Michael Guimaraes came up and explained I was able to get a new car today. He was very understanding of my situation and extremely helpful. I'm always very pleased with my Nissan experience. I left today with the car I originally wanted. More
