Scheduled an oil change with a courtesy inspection knowing my alignment was off. Waited at the dealer for 3 hours to get done. When they finally finished, they said my alignment was off but it was too knowing my alignment was off. Waited at the dealer for 3 hours to get done. That would have been fine if they told me beforehand that was the case. I wouldn't have waited there for the work I would have dropped it off. When I got a text asking me how my service was, I gave a bad review. They responded with I'll get a call from a manager. When that manager called, he was unsure what the issue was. His records only showed I was there for slightly over 2 hours. For me that's still a long time for an oil change and inspection with an appointment. They didn't take into consideration for the time where I wasn't being helped, which was 3 hours. Vic the service manager made it seem like I shouldn't have been unhappy. He did nothing to make the situation better and even suggested I come back. I've had my truck at a few Toyota dealers in the suburbs for oil changes and never waited for more than 90 minutes even when it was busy. If they did make me wait that long they always offered a free oil change coupon for the hassle. Avoid this dealership. If you can't don't expect your service to be timely and if you have an issue Vic and the service department will give you no relief and play dumb to why you're not giving them a good review. More
