The Ocean Honda of Brockton been a nightmare of an experience, very unprofessional staff in the sales department. My 2024 Honda Civic came with a clean title, but had to bring it back numerous times ( experience, very unprofessional staff in the sales department. My 2024 Honda Civic came with a clean title, but had to bring it back numerous times (3 separate occasions). At first the sale was delayed because they needed to fix the driver side headlight...should have been a huge red flag to me, of course they didn't explain what was going on. When I picked up my new vehicle I had to bring it back within a few days since my driver side headlight had zero power, so they had to send it to an auto body shop which took even longer. A couple months pass and the new issue arises. My 2024 car that apparently was in no accidents, the front door just wouldn't open. Turns out my quarter panel(where door meets bumper, was not even a Honda part! It was an aftermarket part. It was poorly installed and the driver side door was rubbing against it causing damage. So after a lot of back and forth and being told "we can't help you", finally after the manager was involved they agreed to fix my door. After I took it to a friend and he described what I just did. He said the whole thing was ghetto and I should bring it back. I didn't even want to deal with these xxxx bags anymore so I got it fixed out of my own pocket, but if I can warn you- Stay tf away from this dealership. For the cherry on top! After they fixed my aftermarket quarter panel, Sales called me once to tell me my car is done and back, I was working I didn't pickup, no voicemail might I add. I called service back the next day, they said oh you're car is not ready yet, called back the next day and got the same thing. Finally Wednesday I called Sales for them to tell me its been here since Monday! Great communication. More

Checking me out 2 hours later On the phonevwith parts place While my transaction is being done. Lunch all over desk Buffalo dips at card reader. Stapled wrong card receipt on my docs. She said take mine i dont need it. More
