When I arrived at the counter, the woman working there saw me but didn't ask how she could help or even say good morning—and the same went for the staff processing payments. However, a little later, Tim Inslip arrived and assisted me with such kindness and professionalism. Tim is definitely one of the best employees this company has; if you go there, try to get Tim to help you.......you will not be desappointed

He was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind—not just doing his job, but truly caring about my experience and making sure everything was handled smoothly and correctly. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats customers with that level of respect and effort, but Lou absolutely does. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness stood out at every step. Because of him, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Lou sets the standard for what customer service should be. I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. ⭐ Excellent First Service Experience at Silko Honda I recently brought my 2025 Honda Civic in for its first scheduled maintenance at Silko Honda, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Pulling into the service bay was easy, check-in was quick and organized, and I was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Derrick Belanger. Derrick was friendly, professional, and made the entire process effortless. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to spend about an hour while the work was being completed. The maintenance itself was finished right on schedule, and to top it all off, the service was covered under Honda’s maintenance program, making the visit completely free. It’s hard to ask for a better first ownership experience than that.

I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
