Worst Dealership Absolute worst dealership and customer service (or extreme lack of) I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would caution you to even consider buy Absolute worst dealership and customer service (or extreme lack of) I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would caution you to even consider buying or especially leasing any car from this location-it will be a complete nightmare. And don’t even bother calling them because they will give you the run around and forward you to people’s voicemails, that is unless you want to buy something of course. These people will make you think they care about you as a customer, then waste your time for hours to tell you there’s nothing they can do. And make sure you read the fine print/contracts carefully, because when you call for information they will misinform you. I would definitely caution you to ever deal with the sales manager there named Aoude. When asked what I was signing, for dropping off my car at the end of my lease, he couldn’t produce paper documents for me. He just wanted me to sign a screen on his cellphone. After everything I had been through I told him I didn’t trust them, so he went ahead and signed my paperwork FOR ME and said “ok I’ll just mark the paperwork like you weren’t here.” Don’t trust him, and demand your paperwork. These guys have no integrity, are incompetent, but rude, and only care about taking care of you if you’re purchasing a new car. Truly disappointed in this location as I have purchased cars for over 30 + years at one of the owner’s other locations up North. More

Excellent dealership I bought my Honda CRV from them three years ago. I have continued to work with them for servicing. They have been great. In fact, they helped me with N/C for something that was my fault. I thought my ac had gone out -- it turned out I had turned the control from cool to hot! LOL More

I've been bringing my Honda's in since the 1980's and have always been treated with friendly service and a fair price. Simply put: they went out of their way to assist and correct my new vehicle problem. Everyone at the place was courteous and showed a serious desire to excel in what they do and it showed. The service manager was a very efficient and punctual individual and not one word he spoke he did not back up with real results. The mechanics took their time with me and I felt, really, overwhelmed by their level of dedication. I have not dealt with the sales people as I am only reviewing my experience with their service department. Top Notch, truly excellent and it did not appear to be a fluke. I am hesitant to rate the maximum but in this case is all I can do from that one experience. They try hard and it should be noted that their efforts are appreciated. I love Weseloh Honda and would refer anyone there! Even though I live closer to another Honda dealership I have been driving further just to go see Joe at Weseloh! His customer service, as well as all of though I live closer to another Honda dealership I have been driving further just to go see Joe at Weseloh! One thing I love about this service department is that they know me and my kids and are always greeting us with a smile and take great care of my car as well!
