New Truck I was in search of a 2014 or 2015 Ram EcoDiesel truck and ended up ordering a 2015 Model last November. It took longer than expected to get the truck I was in search of a 2014 or 2015 Ram EcoDiesel truck and ended up ordering a 2015 Model last November. It took longer than expected to get the truck from the manufacturer but during the time waiting for the truck to arrive I was kept informed by the Olathe Dodge staff, Charles Craig in particular, of their efforts to obtain a firm delivery date. Over the last several weeks of waiting for the truck to arrive I as given a loaner vehicle to drive by Olathe Dodge which I greatly appreciated. The truck arrived last week and it is all that I expected it to be. This was a long process but it was worth the wait and the Olathe Dodge staff never waivered in their efforts to help me out in this endeavor. More

Detailed knowledge of the different specs and capabilities within the Ram 1500 lineup, willingness to do some challenging, very manual, legwork to screen the trucks in their inventory for exactly what I wanted, and fair dealing in the price discussions. I have historically had a major aversion to interacting with auto dealers for both purchasing and repairs. However, my experience with Ray Kolman and Jason Sheafer left me quite comfortable dealing with the team in Olathe. Thanks for a quality experience. More
