GREAT EXPERIENCE I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car here. My salesperson Dario was just wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got there about forty five minutes before closing time because we got a little lost. Never once did Dario rush us through the process or act like he was bothered. He explained everything very thoroughly about the car we were there to see and took us for a test drive. My boyfriend and I loved the car right away and Dario could see this so he made sure we were able to check everything out. He also made the paperwork very painless and always kept talking with us. He was more like a friend not just a salesman. I appreciate this a lot since I am in sales myself. He has called to thank me and follow up with me to make sure I was happy, which I appreciate as well. I would also like to say that the financing manager Samantha was great. She was patient and very kind, and also followed up with me as promised the next afternoon. Both Dario and Samantha were very professional and great at their jobs. Nice Place I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hosta I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hostage and couldn't leave. Not here at Martin and they worked very hard to get my financing right and gave me a fair trade in for my old Jeep. Thank you is not enough I recently had run into some financial issues. I had been leasing Nissans for the past 8 years. When it was time for a new car I was unable to secure leasing financing. David Shearer at Martin Nissan worked with me to be able to secure financing to buy the car that I had been leasing. Had Martin Nissan not worked with me...I wouldn't have a car and then I wouldn't be able to get to work.
