My Review of Olsen Cadillac:
Best experience I have ever had buying a car! This dealership exceeded my every expectation. The Show room was impressive to say the least. The inventory covers several different lots. The personnel are courteous, professional and sincere.
My Salesman, Mark Smith was the epitome of a professional sale consultant. Knowledgeable, professional, willing to take the time showing me the inventory and explaining the different features and those benefit me and my family.
Steve Desisto, the Sales manager was also polite, professional and to the point. I left there knowing I did not get gouged and confident that I got a great deal.
Truly, this place makes it a moot point to shop anywhere else. They make you feel like part of the family and a place where you belong and can trust in there ability to take care of you.
I was not let go until I got a complete tour of the different departments, introduced to key members of the Olsen Team, and offered a a final test drive. I was so impressed I came on line immediately after pick up and posted this resonse.
