I cannot say enough about how wonderful Olympia Mazda is, and no amount of what I say will ever do it justice. Let's talk about Jason in Service in particular. This amazing rep has gone out of his way multiple times to save the day for me and my Mazda 2021 CX-30. First, mice chewed through my wires a few years ago, and Oly Mazda was the one who informed me it's covered under my comprehensive insurance. When my insurance company balked, they assisted in fighting them for me and gave me a loaner car for the weeks it took to get my insurance to do what I pay them for and cover the damages. Then, just yesterday, my OG battery died after 85,000 miles (I commute 110 miles a day). It was the end of the day on a very trying Monday. Their mechanics leave at 5p, and I didn't get there until 4:15, and the waiting room was packed. They stayed late to get me back on the road, and it didn't cost me the first born I'm never going to have. I live in Bremerton, and originally started going to them for my service because I work in Oly. After everything their service department has done for me, I will always travel to Olympia for my service, regardless of where my job shack is located. I've been to 4 Mazda dealerships in my 22 year span as a Mazda owner. Oly Mazda is top notch, their people genuinely care, and in my opinion, they are the absolute best. Shout out to Jason, who has been amazing, and another shout out to Don and Jim in Sales for selling me my CX-30 when it was time to upgrade my 3 hatchback, and selling my boyfriend his CX-50 after another driver slammed into and totaled his Jeep. They are affordable, compassionate, and go out of their way to make sure we are safely back on the road. More

Frank was informative, patient, helpful and even took the time to send a personalized recording of the car delivered to my email the followin enough! When I contacted them to come drive it, they had it out front and ready to go. Buying a car is hardly at the top of my list but Frank and the Olympia Mazda team made it easier than expected. We had a great experience at Olympia Mazda while looking for a new car. Frank Frashik took so much time with us without being pushy at all. Jason Antypas is an amazing salesman. We had been looking for a new (to us) vehicle for months. I was looking for certain things on our new vehicle such as back up camera, navigation, heated seats, low miles, tow package 1etc. since this was going to be our last vehicle before retiring. Jason found us the perfect vehicle that had everything I had asked for plus so much more. Our great grandson was with us and having a rough day. Jason kept him entertained by giving him a couple toys he had on his desk. Our little guy loves them so much. Our 2018 Ford Explorer Sport has so much more than we asked for and Jason has not hesitated one second to answer my husbands calls with questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found it out and got back with us right away. Jason assured us that business does not stop once you drive off the lot in your new vehicle. He is there to answer questions if need be. I highly recommend Olympia Mazda if you are looking for a new vehical. Make sure you ask for Jason Antypas he is a very friendly, informative and knowledgeable salesman. We give him 5+ stars More

I was disappointed, although not surprised, that the salesman immediately got on the internet, went to kbb.com to get a wholesale value for my car. As you can imagine I was a bit disappointed that they salesman immediately got on the internet, went to kbb.com to get a wholesale value for my car. As you can imagine I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t seem to be overly anxious to make a deal on the car. The salesman did check the inventory at the several other stores they own, including Chevrolet and Ford, and told me there was nothing in my price range. He also went into another office and came back in a couple of minutes to tell me there was nothing available in my price range. So, when I got home I checked the KBB value of their car, a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with 183,000 miles, and imagine my surprise that retail value from a dealer is routinely $11,846 versus their asking price of $19,888, and a trade-in value of $6,788. Apparently, they feel that a profit of over $12,000 is necessary to stay in business. The salesman told me that the previous owner was a little old lady that they had to go pick up and drive her and the truck back to make the deal. I guess what I expected, since I used to sell new and used cars in Boise, was an attempt on their part to try to work a deal. Given their attitude about my car I assume that the little old lady that owned the truck got less than $7,000 for the truck I looked at. My dealership would have tried to work something out, eating some of that negative equity in my vehicle, especially for a repeat customer. I know that this dealership worked very hard to make a deal on the MDX that they sold me in 2017. If you don't mind outrageous markups and profit margins, then I guess they are about the same as any other dealer, but not worth the effort to drive more than a few blocks to look at their inventory. They are basically a rubber stamp of just about every dealer I've even tried to do business with. I was also unimpressed with the inventory they had on the lot. It seemed that the majority of the inventory is Mazda. It would suggest to me that there may be a problem with the Mazda line that is keeping people from buying them. More
