They seem to have a hard time keeping their appointments straight. Took the Rogue in a month ago for all added accessories paid for for at purchase. It’s spring we need dirt and bark for our large property. Can not use the trailer. We’ve been waiting for the other appoint until today for the install of the hitch. After the oil change they called to tell us the trailer receiver was on back order. We would like to use our trailer instead of putting dirt, bark and manure in the back of our loaded brand new Rogue. Not to mention the inconvenience of taking the car back and forth. Our time is also valuable. . So Disappointed. More
