Purchased a Ford Escape Active less than a month ago from Oneonta Ford. Let me first say I had no intentions of buying a Ford, knew nothing about them and only stopped in by chance to view the new Bronco Spo Oneonta Ford. Although the Bronco did not suit me, I happened to meet Kaylee a Very well informed and Friendly salesperson who keyed in on my auto wish list, Fully Loaded and inexpensive, and literally sold me on the very sporty Active Escape And fully integrated electronics Ford offers. She knew exactly how to operate all the electronics packages, and I mean all of them. She Listened to me, was not in for a quick sale and spent considerable time with me on one of the hottest days in July. Because I am ew Ford owner and new to Oneonta Ford I can only review my interactions so far, and haven't needed service from the service department. I just made a 267 mile trip and per the trip computer got 41 mpg and used 1/4 tank of gas. Am I happy, heck Yes! More
