Outstanding Service!! I had brought my 2014 F150 in for service early Saturday morning. I told the advisor what I wanted done and proceeded to get relaxed for the "long hau I had brought my 2014 F150 in for service early Saturday morning. Needless to say, in about half the time I was expecting to be there, I heard my name being called for service.....oh oh I was thinking, they had run into a problem and needed my ok to authorize more service to be done....Nope, my vehicle was done being serviced and was ready for pick up!! I was amazed at the time and after driving my truck afterward and noticing the improvement I was promised I'd see, I am thoroughly pleased with the service and quality I have received at Opelika Ford and would not trust going anywhere else!! More

They were fabulous! I had gas pouring out of my truck. I just pulled in with no appointment and they took care of me like I was a Long time customer.
