Terrible dealership, both for service and sales, rude/incompetent. Free car wash they offer after oil change left my car full or water. Also fixed clock in car did a sloppy job. While buying the car they were not very friendly, didn't seem to care either way. Called ahead to get a known recall issue fixed, told them specifically what was wrong and made an appointment based on the time they said it would take the order the part. When I brought the car over a week later, they still hadn't even ordered that part.

My Review of Open Road Acura of Wayne:
Went to purchase a used 03 RSX that was advertised for a decent price. The actual purchasing of the car was pleasant. The staff was quite willing to work with me in terms of purchase. However, when it came time to leave with the car, this process took FOREVER. They said they were "washing my car" as a courtesy that they offer with all purchases however I wish they'd have let me decline it. I waited 2 hours to receive the keys to my new RSX. Currently still having problems with them as they failed to give me my license plates and registration on time. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive because all the legal stuff has expired. Talked to numerous people about this, but none with any answers or a date on when I should expect to receive my documents. If I get any tickets they better pay them for me or I'll sue. Don't bother with this dealership if you don't have time for shenanigans.

My Review of Open Road Acura of Wayne:
I was told they will install audivax DVD Player, But they have installed different DVD Player. Here is the reply .. This is also 8" DVD Player it works. Nothing they can do about. When I asked them to say this in email. I got response, " They do not have email access"

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER ..

The sales manager lied to me, but I finally got him to a reasonable price. They completely tried to rip me off on my trade-in value, trying to justify it with more lies. Same offer was $1,650 better at another dealership!

My Review of Open Road Acura of Wayne:
I cannot complain at all about the service I received at Open Road - Acura, Wayne, NJ. I shopped around at several other dealerships and got a mixed bag of courtesy and cooperation towards striking a deal on a 2007 RL lease. They had plenty of cars in inventory, our salesperson was patient and knowledgable about the cars many sophisticated features and most importantly they found a way to give more for our trade and sell the RL at a price we felt comfortable with when other dealers said thats all they can do. The usually disturbing process of signing the contracts and dealing with hard line pressures to take additional services etc was surprisingly painless. Picking up the car was a joy. We were given a thorough demo/tutorial of the functions of the car and our sales guy paired our phones for us for the hands-free on the spot so they worked once we pulled from their lot! So far we are happy we bought from Open Road!

Bottom line is let your instincts dictate who you feel comfortable buying from.

They lie about their price guarantee and basically wasted my time going there. They're not courteous at all either.
I'm glad I bought my car from another dealer. I just read another person had a bad experience with them. STAY AWAY FROM OPEN ROAD!

My Review of Open Road Acura of Wayne:
Sent an online inquiry for a quote and got decent pricing. So I visitied their showroom but as soon as I visited the showroom, they didn't even look at the quote refusing that pricing is not feasible and hence cannot honor it. Their new showroom pricing was worse than one advertised on Acura official website and it seemed like they didn't have their act together. The Sales person, his manager and the dealer owner didn't have any negotiating skills and showed an attitude indicating that they don't need our business. So they didn't. The owner even walked away while we were talking to him. So much for courtesy and customer service.

BIG THUMBS DOWN.

When we showed up to lease 2 vehicles, we negotiated a deal with the sales guy John and were under an impression we had an agreement. Little did we notice that the numbers went into a different box on the purchase order. Sales guy promised to deliver the vehicles by a set date. Promised and failed miserably without taking responsibility. Manager was rude and I wasted a week of my time. They did deliver 1 out of the 2 cars requested and bumped up the price when it was time to sign cause further frustrations. As Unprofessional as ever.

I went to Open road acura of wayne with the intent to purchase the vehicle from another dealer (which I have purchased 3 prior vehicles). The day I went to this dealer ship I was over come by how nice everyone in the dealer was. The GM and the Salesmanager were super nice and I would recomend anyone in the market for a Acura to purchase the vehicle from Open Road Acura of Wayne
