I was very pleased with the service manager. He was very caring and helpful. I do have a problem with the dealership. The building was really cold . Some upgrading should be done with heating system. Everyone, staff and customers, were in heavy jackets, some gloves. There was no coffee or snacks available when I arrived. Other BMW dealerships are much more customer friendly and up to the expectation of a luxury dealership. I will continue patronizing this location but will hope for some upgrades for people waiting for their vehicles. More

This time I worked with Jhoan Patino. He was great. He worked so hard to get my demands met. I bought the car I leased from him for my husband and leased a new 228 GC for me. He was very personable, knowledgeable and very professional in dealing with me and my husband. Great experience so far. I have no problem recommending him to my friends and family. I also had a great experience with Nick, the manager. He was also very pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More
