I have purchased 3 Cadillacs from Royal. Each experience has been better and better. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. The Sales Manager, Joe, makes things happen for me and the GM, Richard, has been better and better. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I purchased a Escalade from them about a year ago in where they were pleasant and helpful. I guess they may have needed the business at that time. We were struck by Sandy in which we lost our cars. Royal Cadillac is by far the best Cadillac dealership in the New Jersey area. This is my second Cadillac obtained through them. I definitely won't shop anywhere else. That is the background for me stating that my recent experience with purchasing a 2012 automobile for Royal Cadillac in Florham Park was all around the best. From the moment I walked into their beautiful showroom to yesterday when I drove away in my new car, the total purchasing experience was.....well the only word I can think of is "perfect!" Jerret Joyner their new salesperson was very knowledgeable in a soft/low pressure way. Jerry Auriemma, who is in charge of sales, was able to properly advise me on my trade-in situation and a few other issues and always with a smile. Their Finance Manager Harry Devlin was a joy to work with. He was completely prepared for the closing and had a good answer for all my questions. This Cadillac dealtership is hands down #1 our book. We did everything online and the numbers that were given to us in our online quote were the same exact numbers on paper. This dealership treated us with the upmost respect. This was the best experience ever we had in purchasing a vehicle in our lifetime. *Note* We also literally drove from Galloway, NJ to Florham Park, NJ (2 hours) to buy this vehicle. So bottom line is...If you treat your customers with respect and honesty from the beginning you can rest assure you will have a sale no matter where. We have told many of our friends and they just can't believe we did everything on line, drove up, signed the papers, and out the door we went. Easy as that. Kudos to Royal! More
