Open Road Mazda

I had a fantastic buying experience with Open Road Mazda. I had been looking for a CX-5 with the top level trim and they were very difficult to find. I had one deal fall through and another that was sold by I had been looking for a CX-5 with the top level trim and they were very difficult to find. When a car came up for sale at Open Road I almost didn't inquire but ended sending my info on a Sunday night. By Monday morning I had received 2 follow ups from them. I spoke with Mark Rodrigo on the phone and told him my situation, I had a trade and was looking to get a certain amount and was already pre-approved at a low rate. The dealership was a far ride for me so I didn't want to waste my time if they could not give me what I wanted. Mark said he would look into it and call me back. He called back with final numbers but said they would need to see my trade to give me an offer. In the end they gave me a very fair offer on my trade, honored their advertised price and beat the interest rate I had gotten. Wow! It could not have gone better. I left that night with the car. I'm a single mom with two young kids but I wanted something a bit sporty that was reasonably priced... besides, my red Mazda is damned cute! I say mine because the people at this dealership were beyond helpful and the price of the car was competitive with an internet one that I'd researched. The manager, John, didn't bat an eye when I proposed the price that the competition was selling my car for. He made me happy. I will be back. More
