This is the most unprofessional, unscrupulous dealer imaginable. I leased a new VW and traded in my old car on January 3rd. The dealer delayed making the payoff for so long that I had to make another p imaginable. I leased a new VW and traded in my old car on January 3rd. The dealer delayed making the payoff for so long that I had to make another payment on the old vehicle even after they had taken title, just to preserve my credit rating! I hounded them for weeks to make the payoff but they lied and put me off repeatedly. I am now told that I cannot get a refund from Infiniti because Open Road VW waited so long to make the payment (january 26th). In effect, I paid hundreds of dollars extra over and above the deal we had agreed to because of their incompetence and games-playing. If necessary, I will take them to small claims court to recover the amount. More
