Maintenance accomplished in a timely manner I appreciate the scheduled appointments and that the maintenance is accomplished within the appointed timeframe. Great atmosphere, great employees, great dealership My family has purchased 5+ cars from this dealership in the last 5 years. Their service team is fairly nice and they do a decent job most of the time My family has purchased 5+ cars from this dealership in the last 5 years. Their service team is fairly nice and they do a decent job most of the time (some of the salesman may tell you different). Their salesman are usually friendly and not overly pushy like some other dealerships I’ve been to. The dealership is always clean (minus the bathrooms), and overall has a fantastic atmosphere. Now, all of this praise would be for nothing if I didn’t have some negative comments. My brother purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Brent Brown, but he did it while in the middle of his lease on a Camry. The salesman told him that he could get out of the lease charge free (according to my brother). However, in the end, they added about 10K to the base price of his new Tacoma after purchase. The interesting thing is that his paperwork doesn’t reflect that price change. So, i would recommend you become familiar with how purchasing a car works when you’re already on a lease. I just feel like the Salesman could have done better to inform him of what he was getting into. However, I’ve almost never had a bad experience at Brent Brown, so I would still more than recommend them to purchase your new Toyota, just make sure you pick a good salesman. More

Good service I came in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. I got a service quote and rescheduled. Upon arrival for my next appointment, I was told that the qu I came in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. I got a service quote and rescheduled. Upon arrival for my next appointment, I was told that the quote was incorrect and that the service would be significantly more than quoted. I was a bit disappointed, but Joel was awesome and was able to give a discount on my fee. Although the service was more than planned, I feel like Joel worked with me to help me get great service at a fair price. All the employees I interacted with were really great, too. Very friendly. The only reason this is 4/5 ia because of the original quote not matching what I paid, but that employee left the company shortly after my oil change. More
