We were so pleased with Brock DeLuca's attention to our needs and his no-pressure approach to sales. He ably answered out questions and has since the car purchase been available for questions and additiona needs and his no-pressure approach to sales. We have rarely encountered an individual as professional and dedicated to do what is right by the customer. Kudos to him and to Brent Brown for having him as a member of the sales team. Let me add that we did shop around and found that the pricing at Brent Brown was fair and honest. That was not our experience at other dealerships we visited. More

Attention to detail is important to me. I had my new truck sprayed with permanent rust protection. There was over spray on my new electronic steps and when I mentioned it they dismissed the I had my new truck sprayed with permanent rust protection. There was over spray on my new electronic steps and when I mentioned it they dismissed the issue like it was normal. I also notice the tech working on my truck took the truck home. You can track cars now on the app. Again, attention to detail is key. There's a small sliver where the tint was installed. You could see the original window. Again, not a life stopping issue but the attention to detail was missed. lastly, I had asked for my car NOT be washed to avoid scratches. The car was washed anyway. More
