Between the advisor and technician, they troubleshot the fault quick and effective down to an evaporator. My truck was finished the same day, but being that i wasn't available to pick up the truck,i went in the morning and noticed my truck was washed as well.. Nice!! They honored my warranty with a good will and my deductible was low,which means i saved a lot!!Thanks so much!! More

So thanks for the coupons I was able to buy 3 and get one for a dollar. Had four wheel alignment, coupon came in handy as well also wiper blades replace and of course my oil change. I did not have to wait around because their was also a recall which the service advisor took care of with this visit, so I got a rental for a few hours until car was ready. More

Sherrell was new at the dealership yet she did an excellent job answering all my specific questions about my new car and has one of the brightest smiles and attitudes you will ever encounter. The finance department was different. My contact did not return the message I left for him and with two other people. I finally had to call one of the managers, Nick, who apologized and answered my simple question in 30 seconds. If you're looking for a car get to Manny, the Internet manager, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. He also has an excellent sense of humor and I never felt that because I was a woman I would be treated any different than a man. We women are always suspicious at a car dealership of that happening.
