The vehicle was not a Lemon, (Lemo category relates only to new vehicles) the vehicle in question was a 2013 Infiniti JX35 with 45757 miles. The vehicle was purchased in early June. Also purchased was an extended protection plan which was utilized to address a subsequent transmission shudder issue. We supplied you with a courtesy loaner vehicle during this repair. You were not happy with the vehicle and requested that we buy it back. We did. That happened in late July. We had suggested that you trade the vehicle in for another in order not to lose the sales tax. You declined. Because the sale was consummated, and registered, a loss of sales tax paid would take place. We are still willing to effect a trade-in offer in order to make you whole should you require it.
