I visited the MINI or Orlando web site to check the new car inventory for a car equipped as I am seeking. It response, I received an e-mail from Mr. Brown saying he was "sorry I had trouble with the web site," and then he suggested I come in to the dealership during rush hour next Tuesday. I replied, stating that I am looking for a car equipped a certain way, which I described exactly. Also, I asked how long it would take to factory order a car to my specs. I received no reply. Then, I edited my note, eliminating all irrelevent informatin and re-sent the note under the title "Please Reply." I still received no reply. I plan to order, or maybe buy from stock a new MINI Cooper to replace the 2006 that I now have, but if my experience is the "face of customer servive" from MINI of Orlando, I may very well drive an extra 100 miles to shop at a different dealership.
