My Review of Orleans Toyota:
I recently went to Orleans Toyota for minor work on the 2009 Rav4 I had leased from them. The lease was due to end in May 2012. While I was waiting for service to complete the work, Ken Robinson approached me and we talked about my lease end options. Needless to say, Ken (with Rick Harrington's input) created a deal for me that I could not refuse. As a result, I have a new three year lease on a 2012 Corolla and have, in the process, saved money. While I had not planned this move, I must admit it appears to be a good one.
Ken is a great salesperson to work with - knowledgeable and not at all pushy. At the same time I know he was working hard to convince me that the deal was a good one. It helped that he and I are from about the same generation, so we talked about non automotive subjects, such as music. I felt that he was someone I could basically trust.
I only spent a few moments with Rick Harrington to discuss some of the financial details of my lease, but he is also friendly and easy going.
So, I would recommend Orleans Toyota based upon my positive experiences during the first three year lease and especially my experience in getting the new lease.
The one quibble I would have is how the lease documentation kind of obscures the total amount one is paying interest on. The "money factor" gives the impression the because interest rate is quite low it is an especially good deal. What is not obvious, however, is how the amount financed is calculated. One assumes initially the amount financed is going to be simply the Depreciation. But, doing the math one realizes that the amount financed is actually one-half the Cap Cost plus the Residual, which together total to an amount about two and half times greater than the Depreciation.
I did not realize all this until after I signed the lease and, though I still think the lease is good for me, I think I would have bargained harder had I known the truth about how the amount financed is calculated.

My Review of Orleans Toyota:
I have just purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and would very much like to share this.
I am giving this rating to Orlean's Toyota beacause of all the car dealers that I have dealt with in the pass 2 months, this is the only one that put me first. They were not pushy or aggressive. The salesman Derek was more than helpful to get me what I wanted, and was asking what he could do to make it worth my while. I never expected such a great experience from a car dealer. The others, were either way too pushy, or didn't care at all. I am very pleased with my whole experiencce with Orlean's Toyota. They really took care of everything for me, giving me the price I wanted, to taking care of my old plates, everything. I will tell everyone of my great experience with them.I honestly couldn't be happier. A BIG THANKS Orlean's Toyota, you have my vote.

My Review of Orleans Toyota:
We have bought 3 cars from Orleans Toyota and had not only excellent financial experiences with the Sales Department, but exceptional customer service and maintenance on all 3 vehicles since purchase.

The Service Department is always well-staffed, efficient and helpful both by phone and in person. The dealership has such a comfortable customer lounge and service is completed so promptly that we regularly stay while our cars are serviced!

My Review of Orleans Toyota:
I have been buying new cars since 1955. Orleans Toyota rates with the very best of them if not the best. This is the first time I have leased a new vehicle (all others were purchased) and they made it very easy. I was particularly impressed by the amount of time that Jim Atherton spent with me sitting in the car and reviewing every feature that the vehicle had. I compared that effort with the treatment I received from Hyannis Toyota when I purchased a Toyota Avalon a few years ago. That was a case of handing me the keys and waving goodbye. What a difference a caring dealership can make!

We went to 3 other Toyota dealers but decided on Orleans Toyota because they treated us with respect and not like they were putting on a show. For some reason, the other dealers acted like the traditional "salesperson". I really appreciated just being treated normally, like someone with a brain. Jim Atherton and Mike Toomey got us what we wanted for our trade in and found us the car we wanted. We will definitely recommend this dealership! Many thanks to Jim for his courtesy and diligence in finding what we wanted!

My Review of Orleans Toyota:
I went to Orleans Toyota knowing pretty much what I wanted and wishing to support local business. Ken greeted me warmly, showed me a few options and details on the vehicles I was considering, and gently guided me to a decision. He presented me my options and negotiated a fair deal quickly. The vehicle was delivered as promised. Irene in finance was efficent and got me a great rate. Ken finished up with a show and tell, expedited the inspection at lightning speed, and followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was fully satisfied and comfortable with my new truck.
My first experience buying a vehicle alone, and a pleasant surprise. I would recommend Orleans Toyota to anyone.

These folks are all about service. I've been buying cars at Orleans Toyota for years...primarily because they take such good care of you once the deal is done. I called Wednesday at 4PM with a broken heater. They took my car the following morning, fixed the heater and did a full service. I was back driving around with heat less than 24 hrs later.
