My milage dropped 5 mpg after they did software update . I have notified them , they have given me no solutions . The work was under warrenty when a check engine light came on. Bought a car in March, mentioned a slip on the transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 fo transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 for the transmission on a vehicle purchased for $13,000. This needs to be fixed Ralph the service manager is amazing. Service center has been great besides never receiving a car detail during our oil changes which was told was part of the oil change service when purchasing a car through them. More

I will never understand how a dealership that sells HD 3500 trucks can not balance the tires. Also they want to charge over 100 dollors to rotate the tires this is absolute highway robberery. If the manufacture would put propper dually valves on the tires the mounting wouldn't be neccesary and if they did dismount them they wouldn't be able to balance them anyway. I guess I'll start looking elsewhere for services. More
