great teaam work on sales to make it as quick as possible. both sales person are no longer there but they were great but I did find one of the sales person at Don Beyer Kia in Falls Church. Problem is now fixed after 22 months [i was just lazy] and now I have a perfectly operating Soul. we have purchased vehicles of many different makes from Ourisman since 70's and each purchasing experiences have been good compare to some others. Not sure why one user had bad ourisman experience, but for my experience, I am giving them 5 considering what I went through with Fairfax Kia[bottom feeders] and Koons which we also have purchased many vehicles from Koons over the years but from very early sales discussion turned me off BIG time. More
