I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had a problem with service here about 2 years ago here (they lost my key and didn't connect the gas line after service - whoops!), but have not had a problem since. They have offered fair trade-in values for my cars, which is why I drive past two other toyota dealerships en-route to Ourisman. On this purchase. Daniel Carrico and Terry Morgan were prepared, responsive, courteous and provided so many extras (e.g., helping get the much-coveted parking garage sticker off of my trade-in car and placing it in the new car). But from the beginning, Terry had the car out front, and keys and plates ready for a test drive while Ourisman appraised my trade and queued me for the finance office.
