There was no resolution just a TON of excuses and Bragging about how good there customer service is. Hmmm, I don't see how this is true if my original car keys were thrown in the trash and my car was damaged. The reviews are real in accurate your taking a risk with this location. At this location your a value of 0, they ask you to give them a perfect survey score because it helps them. What a way to hide the truth, and care nothing about the customer. I would love to get a call and hopefully a resolution from Bobby the owner, or should I just leave a voicemail just to be put right back in the hands of Irene. So uncomfortable and unsettling. More
