Good salesmen, horrible repair shop We bought a used vehicle from them that had a minor fender bender in the lot. We bought the car and left it for them to fix. They rigged it so badly that that hood was dented and off center, the fender was poking up on the right side. The light was poking out, and other major noticeable flaws. I pointed this out and they said another week to repair it. I called before driving the 1 hr drive to the lot and they said it was ready. I had to get a rental so I returned my rental and was dropped off at the repair lot. They told me my car was not ready, even though I called. So I then had to wait 2 hours for the rental company to get me another car. When I finally got my car back I did not notice until months later that they did not repair the screw up. They just glued it. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about their ghetto rig so I cant ever get a new headlight. They damaged it so badly that where the light hooks on would have to be welded to be attached. Don't bother with this dealership. More

He made the experience very pleasant and I would return to him if we need another car. Not so happy with the finance department since they added a $6000 service contract to our account when we stated we did not want any additional service contract, but that is another story. Need to carefully watch that process. More
Rushed service I recently brought my truck in for service and informed Mr. Mills that my caliper was locking up. Even though we had several different makes of cars in mind, Dawayne Jefferson was the reason we ultimately returned to Ourisman Chevrolet because we felt his energy of being honest, caring, and sincerely interested in helping us make the choice that was right for us. He worked with us, in conjunction with Meredith, to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Great SaleTeam and Job Well Done!!! I placed a search on the Internet on October 23, 2016. The next day I was contacted by Ozzie Turner (New Car salesman). He was very professional and I placed a search on the Internet on October 23, 2016. The next day I was contacted by Ozzie Turner (New Car salesman). He was very professional and enthutiastic over the phone. After our initial conversation I felt like I knew him for a while! He didn't pressure into anything. Later in the day I went to visit the dealership. Thanks to Ozzie, Shanise ( Finance Manager) .everything worked out for my situation. I left with a brand new car with features I thought I would never have!!! During the visit I left to get my daughter from school and returned. They made her feel welcomed and gave her a red ballon that made her day. I am happy to say that I was turned away but other dealers and became a part of a winning team! More

Buddy Reio was my service advisor; he is very nice, friendly, courteous and responsive. Buddy called to inform me that there would be significant repairs to my vehicle. Buddy explained my repairs and argument to Brian Blakeslee (Service Director). Brian then contacted GM to explain my issue and GM offered to assist with the repairs. I would like to THANK Brian for taking the time to call on my behalf for the assistance and goodwill. Buddy & Brian are extraordinary and professional in handling the service of my vehicle in a timely manner. Oh, TECH. 453 that performed all the work is the BEST!!!
