Before going over their dealership we (my wife & I ) promised each other no matter what we were not going to purchase a vehicle that day and we had a list of 5 other Lexus dealership that we were going to visit before making our final decision, But the way Mr.Ramazani approached us and him being so honest and not being pushy at all and on top of it the great price he offered us and answered all of our concerns & questions so straight forward and with confidence that gave us no choice but to fall in love with the car and the dealership. I even joked and asked him if he likes to work for me since I have a marketing company and of course he said NO and he continued saying that he is working for a great dealership and wouldn't want to go anywhere else which now we understand why. The manager was really nice as well. He allowed us to get the car at a lower price. He was nice and helpful. This team did a great job in providing the best customer service. The manager even stated that I can get my car wash anytime. He didn't have to provide me that service. I really appreciate the offer to get my car wash anytime. We worked with Sales Manager, Shawn Williams, and Pre-Owned Manager, Tony Ramazani. It was evident through and through that they valued our business, and respected us as customers. They allowed us to take the vehicles we were interested in to our trusted mechanic for an inspection, even though the vehicles had already passed through the rigorous Lexus CPO certification. Tony was forthright with what he could do to get us into the vehicle we had finally decided that we wanted- none of the sales shenanigans that I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. They even committed to taking care of a few imperfections with no nickel and diming, no hassle, no fuss. I walked into the dealership this morning at about 0930 and was in the lobby for at least 10-15 minutes without being greeted or being asked if I needed any help. The front desk sales receptionist was on a phone call and also had the time to put her call on hold to answer a few more calls. Finally when she was off the phone, I asked her if there was anybody working the sales floor. That immediately rose the attention of the sales floor manager who greeted me and apologized and introduced me to AJ. He was friendly....I am looking for the CT200H Premium for my wife and wanted to knock out the test driving part already. The test drive went well and I told him I would return with my family in the afternoon. He was friendly to my kids. My wife started to ask the questions I did not ask and some I already did; his comments to her was "I already told your husband". I guess repeating himself was too much of a burden. The information he did explain to her was inconsistent to what he told me earlier that day. Other answers to our question was "LOOK IT UP ON THE INTERNET, ITS ALL THERE". We were specific to our questions which I felt a sales floor associate could answer since we have been looking at other manufactures and comparing vehicles. One question was, how is the safety rating on the vehicle and his answer was "LOOK ON THE STICKER OF THE VEHICLE, IF ITS THERE BUT I DONT THINK THEY DO SINCE IT'S TOO NEW OF A VEHICLE TO HAVE THAT INFORMATION". Also to add, the moment my wife mentioned she worked at a doctors office, he became more concerned with his medical problems asking her possible reasons for his problems. I guess meeting the customer needs and helping with a sale of a vehicle was not a priority. I also asked him if I build a car to my specifics how long it would take, he told me he doesn't know "maybe two months", but he would ask the guy who worked upstairs. So when I came back in the afternoon, he did not have the answer. The reason why I have given the ratings above is explained in my comments. If my rating is not accepted then thats failure on all of Lexus to not improve on customer service. Not the service I was expecting from Lexus! Hopefully the other Lexus dealership is a bit more helpful than Rockville's. More
