I inquired about a specific truck via the Ourisman web portal. Morgan Anderson responded immediately. When we spoke on the phone scheduling my visit, I expressed my concerns about being handed to an unse portal. Morgan Anderson responded immediately. She acknowledged my concern and when I arrived, she personally greeted me and introduced me to Kevin Walker. Kevin knows his stuff. Morgan and Kevin were able to work together finding a better truck than I was expecting. Both were equally attentive. After we figured out all the bells and whistles and agreed on the price, I was introduced to the finance manager, Dezmon Parker. Dezmon is the first finance manager that I actually enjoyed working with and I have bought several vehicles over the years. All-in-all, this has been the quickest, and most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience that I ever had.
