I can confidently say that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove an hour and 40 minutes just to purchase my vehicle from them! From the moment I inquired about my RAV4 XLE buying experience I have ever had. I drove an hour and 40 minutes just to purchase my vehicle from them! From the moment I inquired about my RAV4 XLE Hybrid, Morgan’s friendly and welcoming demeanor instantly captured my attention. My salesperson, Kevin, was outstanding! He was professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel like a bother, which was a stark contrast to my experience at Dover. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly excelled at his job. The financial aspect was also refreshingly positive. Ron was knowledgeable and transparent, walking us through everything so we never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on us. Overall, my experience at Ourisman was fantastic, and I would absolutely buy from them again, no matter the distance. They respected my preferences and didn’t pressure me into purchasing a car I didn’t want, nor did they mislead me about the availability of the vehicle. I would wholeheartedly recommend them! More
