This is my second new car buying experience within the past eight months at Thompson Toyota, and just like my first, it was exceptional! Once again, I dealt with Bill Murphy and Tom McGeachy, and once ag past eight months at Thompson Toyota, and just like my first, it was exceptional! Once again, I dealt with Bill Murphy and Tom McGeachy, and once again, was treated very fairly and in a straightforward manner by both gentlemen. I actually bought this second vehicle over the telephone. It was ready when promised, was in perfect condition at delivery, and some additional accessories that had to be ordered were delivered promptly. The employee I deal with regularly when I take my car in for service is Jeff Krayenvenger. He is an outstanding representative and employee for Thompson Toyota. I have been a customer of Thompson for several years and have been very pleased by the service I have received. Over the years, I have become very comfortable with Jeff and appreciate his knowledge and respect for any questions I have. Jeff is always very friendly and I have come to trust his judgment and opinions greatly. It is very comforting to go to a dealership and know that my car is in good hands. Thompson Toyota was the 3rd dealer that I visited before making a purchase. I try to always get 2 or 3 prices before I make a major purchase. That being said, if I would have went there first it probably wo making a purchase. I try to always get 2 or 3 prices before I make a major purchase. That being said, if I would have went there first it probably would have saved me 2 other trips to other dealers. Greg greeted me and my wife in the parking lot and was very helpful but not "pushy". They did not have the car we were looking for but he said he could locate one for us. One of the other dealers we went to said "we don't have the vehicle your looking for sorry we can't help you" and that was it. I was shocked ! We left and went to Thompson and the next day we purchased a 2011 Toyota Highlander. The sales staff was top notch and even friendly to our children! My kids actually had fun and later they asked "Daddy can we buy another car, it was fun". The Finance dept. was really easy to deal with and surprisingly fast, the paperwork was done in no time and they explained everything very well. Our overall experience with Thompson was wonderful and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. More

I stopped in the dealership on my way home from work. I researched the Toyota FJ over the past 2 weeks and liked one in Thompson's inventory so I decided to stop in and have a look in person. After only 2 researched the Toyota FJ over the past 2 weeks and liked one in Thompson's inventory so I decided to stop in and have a look in person. After only 2 minutes in the show room Bill approached me and gave me a hands on tour of the vehicle. Within 30 minutes I was test driving an FJ. He was very friendly and personable. At no point did I feel pressured to buy or look at a vehicle I didn't want to. We even picked my dog up from daycare to see how he liked it. Also, instead of having the dog outside in my hot car Bill and the manager allowed me to bring him in to the showroom for the remainder of the buying process. From the time I walked in the showroom until I traded my car in and drove away with my new FJ was less than 3 hours. Great service! More
