Outstanding service from my advisor I want to give a BIG shout out to my service dept., advisor Sharon Wyatt. I had a scheduled service check up and a recall fix on my Tacoma, a few wee I want to give a BIG shout out to my service dept., advisor Sharon Wyatt. I had a scheduled service check up and a recall fix on my Tacoma, a few weeks ago. Sharon greeted me as I pulled into the bay with a beautiful smile, she took my info and showed me to the waiting area. She keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle. In a short time, she told me everything was done, and went over everything with me. I look forward to my next service appt. J More

Service above and beyond!! Curtis and his staff memebers at Thompson Toyota were great to my family and I. He arranged and confirmed a courtesy ride to and from my home, and all Curtis and his staff memebers at Thompson Toyota were great to my family and I. He arranged and confirmed a courtesy ride to and from my home, and allowed my vehicle to stay on the Thompson lot during my vacation that i had already planned before my vehicle issues. The Thompson team fixed and serviced my truck and it was ready for me when I returned from vacation. Truly above and beyond the daily duties of any dealership i had encountered before. Thanks again!! Great Experience I took my Hyundai Sonota to Thompson Toyota in Edgewood for its 30,000 mile service. I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was imf I took my Hyundai Sonota to Thompson Toyota in Edgewood for its 30,000 mile service. I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was imformative on routine maintenance and did not add any additional services to inflate the total cost like many other dealerships in the area. The price was more than fair and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend Thompson Toyota to anyone looking to buy/lease or service their car. More

I have taken my vehicle to Thompson Toyota numerous times I have taken my vehicle to Thompson Toyota numerous times to be serviced and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are very courteous,hel I have taken my vehicle to Thompson Toyota numerous times to be serviced and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are very courteous,helpful, and friendly. If I had questions, they always took the time to explain in detail. My car has always been ready when expected and I am happy with the work. I would definately recommend the service department to friends and family. On several occasions I have dealt with Tom Wunderer who was always friendly, fair, and very helpful. My last experience which was yesterday July 9, 2012, I also had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Cole. I was very happy with his customer service. He explained the problems with my vehicle in detail and was very friendly and courteous. Both gentlemen were great to work with. All my experiences with Thompson Toyota have been very good.
