I found him to be stoic and overall unfriendly. He also seemed like he could care less what I wanted. He certainly doesn’t seem like someone who enjoys his job. I didn’t trust anything he said after that initial interaction. I will definitely not work with this man ever again in the future. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It’s really too bad because my first visit was so nice. I definitely will come back because I think they do good work but they really need to be aware of who they’ve got as customer service. It was not a nice experience. More
Arrived on time but was ignored for over 5 minutes. A brief “l’ll be with you in a minute would have a least let me know I was recognized. After the service I received a text saying car is ready. No comment that there were no issues just go to the cashier to check out. More

Evan Ball is a good Asst. Service Manager. The shop prices are a bit high. Shop Supplies seems to just be a flax tax when it did not used to be. On top of things, they add on Service Manager. The shop prices are a bit high. Shop Supplies seems to just be a flax tax when it did not used to be. On top of things, they add on a percentage for credit cards. This place is for the richer crowd that can pay large bills in cash. As retirees on Social Security as of next year, I am unsure if I can continue to afford the pricing. When the dealer was McGeorge Toyota, things were reasonable as it was family owned and I totally trusted them. Not as much these days. Ourisman Toyota of Henrico, VA is owned by the private equity group Graham Holdings Company, designed to "maximize stock holder value", Value has unfortunately left this location and maximum profits are the name of the game. Would like to see the rear drums measured. They sometimes do it and sometimes don't. My multi-point inspection sheets over the past few years are a crap shoot at times. One area in particular that seems to change is how they handle the brakes each time I am in there. Some times you are told what is left on the front and back shoes/pads, sometimes only one is present, and sometimes NO information is present. This should be improved on. I would like to know when a $500 brake job is coming up. More
