I had reviewed the Kia Soul before coming to the dealership so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. After driving it, was pleased with the driving experiense, so all that was left was the deal. I feel that I got a fair trade-in for my old car, so went with it. The only negative in the whole process was waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive. Had it been much longer ,I would have no doubt backed out of the process and started looking at different makes and models.

We have been searching for the safest car, best mileage, best maintenance record, best handling from a reputable, reliable, dealer with a long standing record of excellence in sales, maintenance, and customer service. That's a tall order. The Final Destination was Overturf Volkswagen in Kennewick with the purchase of a 2013 Passat turbo diesel. This vehicle is equiped with the Premium package and the Navigation package. The numbers of added features vs. the cost of the package are without question well worth the investment. Our buying experience and the performance of the Passat persuaded me to trade in my 2003 Jetta TDI and upgrade to the 2013 Jetta TDI. Now I am set up to take my long daily commute with ease. The Jetta also has the Premium and Navigation package. Check the stats yourself and then give Jennifer a call to show you the selections and features of the various vehicles.

Everyone was great while dealing with my dad, Bias. You'll be seeing me again. I was told about the accessories of the new VW and our sales pwerson set up the cell phone for me. Our 3 month checkup oil change was scheduled at thetime of purchase. Thanks.

Feb. 26, 2013 I would like to share my recent car leasing/buying experiences at Overturf Motors, Kennewick, WA. Two weeks ago, just before Valentine’s Day, I was winding down my search for a new vehicle to either buy or lease and was seriously considering a VW Passat TDI. My alert salesman, Jerry Gonzalez, knowing my vehicle needs, suggested that I also take a look at the Kia Optima and gave me a brief orientation on the Kia line. The more I looked, the more I liked what I was seeing and what Jerry was telling me made sense. Long story short, I ended up leasing a new 2013 Optima EX with very attractive lease terms, trading in my older SUV, and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision. This car is amazing in many ways, out-performing and better looking (in my opinion) than three other competing makes that I was considering. In addition, like for like, the price tag was thousands less and with an industry leading 100K mile limited warranty! Negotiations were fair and never did I feel any sense of “hard sell” or “pressure” from my salesman, Jerry Gonzalez. I found him to be personable, very well informed, able to answer whatever questions I threw his way and he went out of his way to help me to feel comfortable in making whatever decision I chose. When he offered to give me some general leasing numbers to look at prior to any credit checks, etc., I knew this was the way I wanted to do business, and a sharp contrast to some other dealerships! At conclusion, Jerry introduced me to the entire staff from managers to service to parts/accessories and I must say I was very impressed with the “family” friendliness everywhere as well as the exceptionally clean and well laid out Overturf Motors facility. Having purchased vehicles for over 4 decades now, I can, without reservation, recommend Overturf Motors’ top notch salesman, Jerry Gonzalez! As it turned out, my wife was also looking for a vehicle change and had her eye on a used Jetta TDI, but it was a bit out of our reach so we began discussing the options with our guy, Jerry. Having not considered a gas Jetta, I would never have found exactly what my wife loves in a car without Jerry. The like new, three year old, low miles gas Jetta that Jerry knew had just come out of detail, was the perfect fit for my wife. Our experience with Overturfs has always been a good one. The employees provide great customer service and follow up well with the customer afterwards. I would go back again and buy another Volkswagon from them. This is the second one that we have bought.

We were looking for a VW Passat TDI. We were greated by Jerry when we walked onto the lot, he was very polite and informative--we wanted to look at some other VW vehicles as well but told Jerry we would like to take the Passat we ended up purchasing for a drive. Jerry got it ready for us and we took it for a drive--when we returned, Jerry met us and informed us Kerby would help us as he (Jerry) had to help a customer with a pre-arranged appointment. We visited with Kerby and discussed options, and Kerby conferred with Mark about financing, payments, and some other questions we had that did not necessarily pertain to the consumation of an agreement. Jerry dropped in on the negotiations after his appointment. We agreed to the purchase and Mark finalized all the paperwork and thoroughly went over all of it with us. At no time during our visit did we ever feel pressured to make a decision/purchase---it was a very relaxed, congenial, pleasant experience. I was VERY IMPRESSED!!

I couldn't believe Bill had remembered my name with a follow-up on a previous
request for a used car. More than 8 months passed and he called me about a new
used cabriolet that came in. That's service!! So, when it came time to look at
a new car he was the 1st one we came to see. He immediately recognized me and it
had been months. Needless to say me wife wanted to deal with him for sure and
we're excited about our new Jetta TDI. My son buoght one in 2010 and loves it. the
mileage is extraordinary! I'm new to diesel but I know, Bill and your service
staff who he introduced us to will be valuable help.
