I brought my 2011 Mazda3 into palisades mazda after having some problems with the passenger side air bag. I left the car there with Jeff and Jason from the service department for a few days while a rep having some problems with the passenger side air bag. I left the car there with Jeff and Jason from the service department for a few days while a representative came to investigate the problem. Once the problem was determined they replaced all parts and service was free. Everyone was extremelly helpful throughout the process and called me with updates. I recommend there service over anyone and plan to do business with them for a long time. More

I brought my car in for its 20,000 service, and waited very briefly to be helped. I remembered there was something I wanted them to take a look at. He was friendly and courteous, and when the car was almost ready he gave me an update. The waiting room is equipped with coffee, TV, and comfortable seating, which I used this time. In the past, I've taken advantage of their shuttle to the nearby mall. They'll drive you over there, then pick you up when your car's ready. I have no complaints about Mazda's service or work. Prices could be cheaper, but they're typical for a dealership. Nice people to work with. More
