Excellent Service Department I had attempted to contact dealer that I had previuosly been dealing with, were vehicle was originaly purchased from, to schedule an appointment to co I had attempted to contact dealer that I had previuosly been dealing with, were vehicle was originaly purchased from, to schedule an appointment to complete a manufacturer recall notice. I attemepted tophone the dealer for four consecutive days at various times and non one in service department ever answered phone. I utilized thier live chat feature 4 times and the dealer chat representative each time said they would have somebody from service get in touch with me which never happened. I contacted Palisades Mazda and the phone was answered almost immediately by the service department manager and he scheduled my appointment within minutes. I arrived at Palisades Mazda Service department and met the most courteous and helpful staff I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. In less then an hour my required recall service was completed and I was on my way home. What a pleasurable experience. More

They have a proficient knowledge of Mazda and services that are truly required, and are a pleasure to deal with. I pass no fewer than 4 Mazda dealers / service centers on my way here, but the time spent crossing the Tappan Zee is worth it for the level of service, knowledge, and professionalism. Outstanding customer service It's always great to have my car serviced at Mazda. They do a fabulous job. They also make you feel like family. I trust that every time I go there I will get the best service ever. The front staff is just as great they also take care of you as soon as you walk in. That in it's self is major you never have to sit and wait to be taken care of. I also want to give a shout out to Chris the sales mgr great guy and of course Kathy what a doll. Volvo service Although no longer selling Volvo's, I scheduled an appointment for my S60. I was pleased too find that some of the Volvo techs stayed on board. My 97, Although no longer selling Volvo's, I scheduled an appointment for my S60. I was pleased too find that some of the Volvo techs stayed on board. My 97,000 mile service was completed with the same efficiency that I had become accustomed too. Kudos Palisades. More
