My review of the TREX I traded my Rough in on a lease vehicle. I had a sick feel when this happened. Of all the cars I have had in 55 years this is my car from HE.. If I could dump it back in their lap I would. I should have listened to my gut instead of listening to the salesman. I told him I didn't like it. The more he talked I should have walked out. I asked him for a 2016 and he said there were none. This was it. Better deal etc etc. The sales pitch came in. I knew i could not go for 2017 but he kept on. This is the only way to do it, lease it etc. You will love it. It feels like I am in a cracker box. I explained that it was to small for me to put a wheel chair and a handicapped person in. He continued to insure me it was big enough. HE WAS SO WRONG>>>> The person I care for can't get in and out of it. I have to rent transport for him to and from appts. Plus the wheel chair is very difficult for me as I am disabled also. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CHEVY. I WILL STICK WILL NISSAN. I More
Liar liar should be the film title for this dealership Drove by eye Easter Day and saw a nice used Silverado on the lot, exactly what I had been looking for. Found it on their website and reached out to dealer. Following day I was contacted by Nicole Albrecht. She wanted to know what vehicle I was interested in and the terms. I was forth coming with all my info and explained that I lived out of town and only had 1 day off that week to come by... Only if they could meet the terms I needed to be in. Her reply was that she didn't see any reason they couldn't meet the terms I needed and what time I could come by. So I responded I would come in the morning of my day off. As planned I went Wednesday morning to the dealership. 52 miles from my house. I was greeted by a friendly sales rep then introduced to Nicole for about 10 seconds till she handed me off to the same sales rep that greeted me. I explained to him the prior arrangement with Nicole. Gave him all the info and came back $900 in my favor from the original numbers me and Nicole discussed. Then they questioned the credit score rating I told them I was at. So I let them run my credit which was exactly the score I told them!!! Then for the 5th time they asked what was the most I would accept for a monthly payment. I reinstated the fact that we had an agreed price range already that Nicole said was not an issue and that I wouldn't have driven from Clermont to Ocala for no reason if they couldn't meet that price. He then conferenced with the sales manager who came back with 3 prices. The lowest being over $500 a month. I asked for my keys and left. Emailed Nicole which I never received a reply. Called GM, explained everything and asked someone to call me back. Which was 3 days ago, they never called me. Best part is the sales managers quote showed the truck at over 29,000 then 3,000 off. The window sticker on truck WAS 26,000 already. Online it was 24,000. So not online do they lie to get you in they can't even competently do the math while ripping you off. I have owned over 15 GM products new and used in my years and I'm only 39. But I guarantee I will never buy or recommend this dealership. Best part they knocked my credit down 52 points!
