Number 1: I go because ,We need to buy my guaranty extension to my Lincoln 2021 Natilius but the guy there He anwser very rude they said the costs for the guaranty is $6.000 thousand dollars then plus extension to my Lincoln 2021 Natilius but the guy there He anwser very rude they said the costs for the guaranty is $6.000 thousand dollars then plus my car payments .the amount is like $800 my monthly payments for 2021 vehicle. So I think to look other Suv. but the other guys name Jose we talk about the cost and the payments for Ford explorer Suv 2025 lease and I said I don't want pay more the my other car is $525 a months my Lincoln . But don't have test drive when everythink done surprise " is like a Big truck feel strong motor, then the carpet under the driver the two chairs in the front is horrible cut , I return 10 days I said they not pay off my Suv in my bank then I want my car Lincoln .The Manager said no, because they already but my Lincoln , then said in Ca you sign a contract but in theLincoln Company they tell me I have one Months for return if you don"t like the vehicle.Then the seller also they don't told me about how many days I have for return . In the second time we go to the dealer they said ,I have 2 days for return .So Never,ever go to buy again this Dealer in Palm Springs CA More
