Unsafe I was in early this morning for an oil change with tire rotation and a recall fix on my steering wheel. I traveled from Milwaukee to Racine for this r I was in early this morning for an oil change with tire rotation and a recall fix on my steering wheel. I traveled from Milwaukee to Racine for this repair because I use to live in Racine and use to use this dealership. Upon receiving my vehicle after repairs I started my travel back to Milwaukee. Once I reached the speed of 55mph I noticed the steering wheel to shake out of control. This did not happen prior to my service today. I called the service department to inform them and was blown off and told it is because the tires were rotated and I would have to pay to have them balanced or rotated back. I explain I was not going to pay but would have someone else look at my car. About a hour later I received a phone call from the service department. It was the same person I had spoke with early. A message was left apologizing because it was so busy but after some thought wanted me to revisit the service department for a safety check free of charge. Busy or not they allowed me to keep driving a vehicle long distance after being informed of a problem and then proceeded to ask me to return for a safety check. Very unsafe practice!! I have children that ride in this car. How is this okay? More

They Stop Caring After You Buy Worst Service Department ever! Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 from them for $36,000. I go to look at it and notice the backseat has a huge gouge in it whi Worst Service Department ever! Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 from them for $36,000. I go to look at it and notice the backseat has a huge gouge in it which they didn't notice. I'm told it'll be fixed for free. Two weeks later they finally get in a new leather cover for it and I drop it off for the day and get a free loaner car. I come back at 6 to pick it up no one tells me where my car is and once I find it I open the backseat and the cover isn't tightened at all! It looks like someone threw a queen size bed sheet on a twin size mattress. I go in and ask for the manager and no one there knows why my car looks like that. They say take the loaner car home and it'll be fixed on Saturday. I come back first thing Saturday asking how it's going to be fixed because I need to go to Chicago and want to show off my new car to friends. Told it'll be done in an hour. When I ask why I should trust it'll be done right this time when it wasn't done right the first time I'm told because it will be. I ask why they tried to return the car to me in such poor condition before and Patti tells me she can't answer for her employee because he's a grown man. I say well why did no one else look at it and she says "sweetie he told me it looked good and I trust him." I say well I don't so why don't you take a backseat from one of the two new ones on your lot and put it in mine so I can leave and I know it will look right. She told me no because that's pilfering but it will be done right. Half hour later I recieve a call saying my car's ready and they pulled the backseat out of a new car in their lot because I'm assuming they actually don't know how to do good upholstery work. Will never go back again. Service Department is rude and incompetent. More
